
Sessions



One to one coaching sessions are the opportunity to to be held in sharing your experiences in a safe setting. They are a space to be seen and felt in the midst of your experience and to receive support and guidance.
These sessions support your internal resourcing and confidence building. We may work with somatic practices like expressive arts, imaginal process, and breath work. These somatic tools and holistic integrations help regulate your nervous system, develop deeper self-trust, enhance insight and inspiration, bring clarity, amongst many additional benefits.
We may work with: grief, transitions, spirituality, feeling and processing emotions, creative expression, new insights and perspectives, connecting to nature, and increasing overall health.
As someone who has personally felt deep grief, alone, misunderstood, and existential crisis, I understand how much it means to have someone truly feel and hear you. You can finally exhale and have the opportunity and space to think about moving forward or simply feel like yourself again or get excited and uplifted for what's ahead.
You will learn new skills and tools you can utilize outside of sessions to connect back to the breath, nature, and your inner truth. We will spend time bridging and integrating different aspects of self and allow openings for new insights to flow into awareness. We work on carving out new paths to expression both inwardly and outwardly.
Sessions are one hour long and can take place remotely or in person in a natural setting.
